Q: Do I need to buy separate probe covers to keep the thermometer clean? A: No - there is no need for separate probe covers - just wipe clean. |

Q: Am I able to wash the flannels if they get a bit grimy? A: Yes - our twister flannel is machine washable and our ring rattle and sponge stamper are hand washable - the head on our sponge stamper can also be removed so you can clean the sponge and netting. |

Q: Can I put the bib in the washing machine for a really thorough clean? A: Yes - simply detach the bib from the poppers fixed to the plastic crumb catcher and machine wash at 40 degrees celsius. |

Q: On the box it says that it is compatible with your disposable bibs but cannot find them on your website or boots. Can you tell me when they will be available? A: We will be launching our disposable bib soon, it is not yet in the shops. When it is available I will drop you a line to let you know. |

Q: Do I have to fill each of the pots individually? A: No - the individual pots are designed to click together and apart easily so that you can either fill one pot at a time, or all together for convenience. |
